Negative: room 117, the most insane place to put the bog roll holder ever! behind where you're sat, and quite high from a seated position, then when you grab the paper with one hand it snaps off one sheet at a time because of the stupid design of bog roll holder, you literally have to get up, messy unwiped bum and all and grab the paper gently to pull out several sheets. worst bog moment since Wills first day on The Inbetweeners (youtube it). who ever placed the bog roll holder there i award you no points and i send you home with no prize!
Summary: food was good, room was clean, bog roll holder was annoying!

Positive: Restaurant is good. Room is very good. We stopped there because it was convenient as we were driving up towards Chester. Liked it so much, we stayed there again on our way back. C'mon. Why do I have to write more? This is kind of pedantic. I said all I want to.
Negative: No elevator. Only complaint. Rest was great.

Positive: The room was clean and tidy and had everything you coukd need.
Negative: We booked for the meal in restaurant but the food took nearly 2 hours to arrive. The food was lovely when we got it, they were short staffed and we got many apologies but it was disappointing and I think although I may stay here again I'm not sure I would eat here.
